It is still hot and humid outside, making it hard do exercise without fainting. I still went for a walked and logged 14700 steps today.
Since I have an upcoming event tomorrow I decided to fast today and had my only meal at 4 PM. I ate about 1000 calories in one sitting plus some cheese as a snack in the evening.
I suffered from the first sugar cravings but drinking a lot of water usually helps. Distraction is key when dealing with cravings.
Tomorrow morning I´ll be back at the gym, working towards that superhero body.
