Today I was not successful at staying abstinent from sugar. When I arrived at the event I was invited to the buffet was already empty because there were much more people than expected. I decided that eating nuts would be the least harmful option but during the evening I also had a few blueberries and two candy bars. No major crisis but still not what I hoped for.
But I had the best workout in two weeks this morning so I am very motivated to get back on track tomorrow.
